INDIA NEEDS A STRATEGIC TWIST

India requires a strategic twist in their approach. The defeat to Australia in the 2003 World Cup was attributed to the onslaught on the fast bowlers, leading to a colossal total. In the recent semifinal against New Zealand, despite resilient bowling, the Kiwis made a comeback. The Indian team lacked additional bowlers. For tomorrow's final, the Indian think tank should contemplate a crucial change: introducing Shardul Thakur or Ashwin while sidelining SKY. This adjustment would restore balance. Though the team acknowledges this constraint, taking a calculated risk might be worthwhile. It's time, Team India, to introduce that unforeseen element and turn the tide.

INDIA CONTINUES DOMINANCE

Indian bowlers destroy the South African lineup. With five wickets gone by the 13 overs the Indian bowlers have once again put Team India on the path to victory.  Chasing the target of 327 runs South African batters seem to surrender meekly.

MUMBAI CRICKET GAMES

MATCH NO 20 SATURDAY OCTOBER 21,2023

2:00 PM

ENGLAND VS SOUTH AFRICA

Battered by underdogs both South Africa and England will clash for winning points. While the defending champions England were unable to chase a less than 6 runs a over the South Africans had a similar situation.  On record the teams had highly ranked players on both the sides, what  is evident is on a given day you can fail against a spirited performance. Both Afgans and Dutch took courage to get a score above 250 then teasingly bowl the teams out.

So we will have interesting match on Saturday evening. The Wankede pitch would be lovely to bat on a afternoon and bowlers will have it tough on evening.
